Re-Rendering / Plastering

Render on this was just falling off the wall.

Removed all loose render and make good.

I then applied a watered down pva coating to the wall.

Finished scratch coat. Ready for top coat with added water proofer.

Finished top coat.

Plaster on the stairs became very loose and was concerned it might fall off. So I removed just the loose and repointed.

Applied a hard wall undercoat.

Applied top coat plaster finish.

When it dried out completely,a light sanding to the area and emulsion paint to the whole wall.

This was completed years ago and every time I do another job for this customer you can not see the join between new and old plaster.
