Top of step has been fitted with an Aco drain which is plumbed into the down pipe to the soak away. This takes water away from running down the steps causing a slip hazard.
Spiral part of the steps are made very wide to allow a good footing. Minimum of 12″ or 300mm on the far left of each step.
